Information pursuant to the use of personal information

Accademia ED – Educational Programs

Legislative Decree 196/2003 on the Personal Data Protection Code, better known as Privacy Code, rules that specific information on the use of personal data must be given. Editoriale Domus S.p.A. (the “Company”), headquartered in Via G. Mazzocchi 1/3, 20089 Rozzano (Milano), Data Processor according to law, informs You that Your personal data (hereinafter “the Data”) will be processed manually and/or automatically, by the Company or by third parties who may process Your Data on behalf of the Company as “external data processor”. Your personal data will be processed to the scope of assessment of the requirements of your application for your registration to any of the Educational Programs organized by Editoriale Domus S.p.A., owner of Quattroruote, DueRuote, XOffRoad, Ruotelassiche, Tuttotrasporti, Autopro, Meridiani, Meridiani Montagne, Domus, Cucchiaio d'Argento.

Also in case of admission to the Educational Program and for the possible following internship, the Data can be shared, if requested, with third parties like health authorities,  insurance companies, social security authorities, partner companies of the Editoriale Domus S.p.A., etc.. Within Editoriale Domus S.p.A. the Data will be shared with the Human Resources department.

The provision of consent for processing your Personal Data is not mandatory, but without it Your admission to the Educational Program will not be possible, nor will be Your admission to a possible internship.

You are entitled to exercise the rights mentioned in Art. 7 of legislative Decree n.196 mentioned above, e.g. the right to request and obtain confirmation of the existence at the Company of the personal data concerning You. Additionally, you may request that Your data be updated, amended, supplemented. You may object for legitimate reasons, in whole or in part, to the use of Your data and revoke Your consent, if granted, or You may request that Your data be deleted, converted into anonymous form, or blocked if they have been processed unlawfully. All civil and penal liability for false, mendacious, or anyway different from truth information is totally taken by the supplier of the information, and no liability can be ascribed to Editoriale Domus S.p.A.
