Full-immersion theory lessons and track laps to develop a feeling for a bike’s performance, accompanied by leading professionals. There is a limited number of places on this journey into the fascinating world of motorcycle testing, in a unique four-day experience. What does a tester do? What is needed to become one? How do you learn to assess the components of a motorcycle?

 

The Motorcycle Tester Course – Level One answers these and other questions in an introduction to the methods employed by professionals. Adopting a theoretical and pragmatic approach, across the four days it will explore everything involved in a comprehensive evaluation of a motorcycle’s performance, and apply a vertical focus to theory, practical demonstrations and track testing.

More specifically, the performance of several motorcycle types will be analysed, with different components e.g. braking system, suspensions and tyres being tested for each bike to grasp the different ways the motorcycle performs as a whole in multiple riding conditions.

Each day, the course will focus on themes addressed directly by expert professionals with thousands of kilometres behind them and who work in component development on a daily basis.

On the final day of the course, aided by Dueruote testers, participants will be put to the test with a final theory and practical assessment evaluating the skills acquired.
